As a young charity with strong early progress and bold ambitions for the future, Board Racial Diversity UK has recruited an Advisory Group to help strengthen BRDUK’s ability to deliver meaningful impact.
The Advisory Group aims to support the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of Board Racial Diversity UK by providing guidance, expertise and lived experience that complements the work of the organisation. Board Racial Diversity UK will soon be launching its first strategy, and so the Advisory Group will play a key role in supporting its successful implementation.
The Advisory Group is made up of 10 individuals with expertise in recruitment, EDI, leadership, governance, impact, partnerships and digital marketing.
“We were blown away by the number of skilled and highly experienced applicants to join the Advisory Group,” said Yeme Onoabhagbe, CEO of Board Racial Diversity UK. “We’re so pleased to have filled every place with a wonderful individual, each bringing their own unique expertise and passion to support our work. I’m personally so excited to get to start working with them this year on our big ideas.”
The Advisory Group will hold its first meeting this summer and we’re looking forward to sharing an update on its work in 2027. In the meantime, watch out for introductions to individual Advisory Group members over the coming weeks on our social channels.
